Homer

✱ The Note

Homer is the name traditionally associated with the ancient Greek epics the Iliad and the Odyssey. These poems tell of the Trojan War and Odysseus's long journey home, exploring honour, grief, loyalty and survival. Rooted in oral storytelling, they remain central works of classical literature, though little is certain about Homer's life.
