How your books get to you
Delivery
Every order is packed by hand and sent with tracking. You see the delivery options and their prices at checkout, before you pay.
The short version
Tracked delivery or an InPost locker, priced at checkout, with most orders posted the next working day.
1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Highlands and islands where a delivery service is available. We don't currently deliver to Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man or destinations outside the UK.
Available services and prices depend on your postcode and parcel. Enter your address at checkout to see which options are available.
2. Delivery options and prices
- InPost locker or shop. Collect from an InPost locker or shop near you, whenever suits you. You choose the locker at checkout.
- Evri collection point. Collect from an available Evri locker or ParcelShop near you. You choose the collection point at checkout.
- Evri, tracked to your door. Delivered to your address with tracking.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivered to your address with tracking, usually in 2–3 working days.
Prices are quoted for your delivery address, the parcel's weight and packed dimensions, and the chosen service. Your bag's delivery price is shown at checkout before you pay. Your whole order travels together, with one delivery charge.
3. When your order is posted
Most orders are posted the next working day. When yours is on its way we email you the courier and tracking number.
Delivery times are the courier's estimates once a parcel has been posted.
4. How we pack
Books are packed to arrive in the condition they were graded in, from a smoke and pet free home.
5. Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for a few working days, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and photos of any damage and the packaging). We'll chase the courier and put things right, in line with your consumer rights.
