How do I contact you?
Use the contact form, email hello@voracious.club, or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number and the book’s title. We aim to reply within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).

I checked out as a guest. How do I find my order?
Your order confirmation email has a link to manage the order. Lost it? Enter your order details on the manage page and we’ll email you a new link.

How do I cancel my order?
Signed in, open the order under Account → Orders and choose “Cancel order”. Checked out as a guest? Use the link in your order confirmation email, or ask for a new one.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email.
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first. Our emails come from hello@voracious.club, so adding that address to your contacts helps them reach your inbox.
