When will my order be posted?
Most orders are posted the next working day from London. When yours is on its way we email you the courier and tracking number. Delivery times after that are the courier’s estimates.

My tracking hasn’t moved, or my parcel arrived damaged.
If tracking hasn’t moved for a few working days, or the parcel arrived damaged, contact us with your order number, plus photos of any damage and the packaging. We’ll chase the courier and put it right, in line with your consumer rights.

How do I contact you?
Use the contact form, email hello@voracious.club, or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number and the book’s title. We aim to reply within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
